Oh, Anamichelle, thank you so much for sharing this, my friend is pretty disgusted right now as she believes the GX asst. has caused this.  I will pass this information along to her and pray it helps.

A friend of mine told me when she takes more then one capsule it gives her severe cramps. We both still do the cleanse regularly but stay in the 1 capsule at a time because we know that's what our body can handle.
