Yes you are being over critical. And you question was extremely broad based, I'm not sure anyone could have given you a complete answer.

I recently asked product support at doterra to identify for me which products processed through the kidneys.  Ok...I realize my request was too broad.  I should have limited the question to one or two products.  When I called my druggist and asked the same question about glucosamine, I received a professional answer.  When I asked my question about the doterra products I got a really stupid answer.  They said, "All of our products process through the liver or kidneys....."  DAH.... Obviously....  They suggested I contact MY DOCTOR!  DAH again!  First of all, doctors usually do not believe in supplements and secondly what would they know about doTerra products.  I could understand it if they had told me to give them a specific product but to tell me ask my doctor about doTerra products?  Am I being overly critical of doTerra?  It has undermined my confidence to receive good information from the people who should be in the know.  I am going to ask again for specific info on tri-ease and Mit2Mo.
