I just went on a cruise and our boat was really rolling. I took ginger and it helped. I also mixed lavender and peppermint in some aloe vera gel for my sunburn. I took my on guard plus capsules to keep illness away and sometimes sucked on an on guard lozenge, especially during my flights. I took helicrysum in case of emergency, i.e. bleeding. I used balance alot because it's my favorite and I needed literal balance to walk around the boat. I took basil and purify in case of jelly fish stings or other bites. I diffused on guard at night so I wouldn't get sick. The truth is I took most of my oils becasue I can't be without them, but those are the ones I used the most. My cruise stewardess kept asking me why my cabin smelled so good and I told her all about my diffuser and oils. She said she loved going in my cabin! Have fun!
