[Everything doTERRA] Question on Master Cleanse ??

Hi Pam,

I have had great results with the Master Cleanse and find that many people who have not received good results were not doing it correctly.

Tom Woloshyn has two very good books on doing the Master Cleanse. The first one is called the Complete Master cleanse. You can get them from amazon.com

Yes, you can take the salt water flush at night, but it can take up to a hour to evacuate. So you don't want to take it too close to bedtime.

You don't have to do the salt water flush during the cleanse, you can take Swiss criss tablets instead. You would have to experiment with how many you need to take.

Grade B maple syrup is a more nutrient rich maple syrup that is darker in color than regular maple syrup.

You get enough nutrients with the lemons, maple syrup and cayenne during the cleanse. The problems many have when they feel faint during the cleanse normally comes from not drinking enough lemonade, not drinking enough water and not doing the salt water flush or Swiss Criss tabs.

I normally start the cleanse on a Friday night so I can see how my body is responding during downtime on the weekend.

Cayenne pepper is a natural blood thinner so If I were you, I would seek advice from a doctor about the master cleanse while taking blood thinners.

Hope this helps.

Kimberly
