Lol I know! I think I just went up to a full dosage since it was "recommended" but once I was there, I didn't want to cut back!
I honestly felt great with half and my husband does as well do I see no problem with someone only taking half :) It will save a bit on costs. That's why we were doing it that way at first. :)

I'm 98lbs and 5' nothing and take a full dose but it took me awhile to get up to that! My hubby is 6'4" and 210 and takes half! Haha we are so backwards :))
