Pat, where did you read that on guard has peppermint in it?? To my knowledge, on guard is Cinnamon
Clove bud
Eucalyptus globulus
Rosemary
Wild Orange
On another note, I've used peppermint and digest zen and my baby had no issues with those either and my milk supply was fine but I would just use caution with those if you do use them and/or have supply issues :)
