As a fellow hockey player, I have found great relief using Immortelle layered with deep blue.
The deep blue was good, but I personally get more relief and movement when I add the Immortelle. This has been my go to every morning for my knees as well as my ankle and heel that I shattered.
It takes some playing around to find the combination right for you - check with your up line and see if you can get samples of some of the more expensive oils if you need to and try them first. This is what I do with my team.
