Put on the lemongrass first and then the Frankincense and if you do the Helicyhrysum add it last.

Sent from Sz's iPadI would suggest you start a consistent regiment as follows:On your knees apply topical application of Lemongrass (to dissolve the spurs), Frankincense (inflammation) and Helichrysum (repair and regenerate)In between this application 2 times a day, apply White Fir or Wintergreen for pain as needed.This will also help to heal the meniscus as the lemongrass is known to heal tendons and ligaments.

I went to an ortho yesterday to have my MRI's evaluated. He also did exrays of my knees and also of my hip which has been having pain recently. So it seems from the MRI's that I may have a slight tear in the miniscus in both knees, but from the exrays we could see I also have two bone spurs on each knee and also in the groin area. In addition he feels I have bursitis on the outside of the same hip. I did agree to cortsone shots in my knees which seems to have helped the knee pain, but what can I do with the oils for longterm help with all issues? Thanks. Sz
