You did not take the PB long enough, do it for 10 days to replace some good flora in your gut. Also it sounds like you should have taken less of the GX pills daily. Cleanses are not supposed to be uncomfortable, if you are having issues take less of the GX.

Hi, I'm fairly new to DoTerra. I decided that before I started treating for a lot do different things, I would start with a cleanse. A blood test showed I am fairly intolerant to yeast and fungus, so I thought a candida cleanse would be best. Shortly after starting the cleanse I started having diarrhea and stomach pains. This has continued off and on for about three weeks. Recently, (within the last 3-4 days), I have developed an extremely itchy rash along my lower back, hips, abdomen and torso. I was taking the LLV and did 10 days GX, 5 days PB assist and then back on to the GX. Since the rash developed I have stopped everything. The stomach pains and diarrhea are still present as is the rash. What do I do? Continue with the cleanse and hope it all works out? Stop the cleanse? I'm just a little confused and disheartened by it all. Thanks in advance.
