[Everything doTERRA] Trying to Avoid a Hysterectomy

I have a friend who is in her late 40s. She's been getting her period 20 days out of the month, which has caused her to be depleted of iron, so she is taking iron supplements. She has had diarrhea, cramps, vomiting and fainting spells along with hot flashes. She has gone into the doctor and they have not been able to pinpoint what is causing all this. They have ruled out cancer. She is now considering the possibility of a hysterectomy, but of course would rather not if there is any hope of getting relief elsewhere. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
