Esther, I received these transfer instructions today. The Person the license is being transferred to will fill out a transfer agreement (which I will email to you if you are interested). There is a $150 license transfer fee that you will cover. The card you provide on the transfer agreement will be used for the $150 transfer fee and the regular $39.95 monthly charges. The total of this transaction billed by ZYTO will be $189.95. I will ship the ZYTO Compass to you upon your instructions. Lynnette
