Yes Stacy. I have been using the Phytoestrogen for about a year and I won't be without it. I had a hysterectomy in 2009 because of endometriosis. Since then I have been battling with an imbalance of estrogen and was thrown straight into menopause. I would have horrible hot flashes and night sweats, as well as mood swings and depression. Within 2 days of starting the phytoestriven complex my moods were 100% better and I'm not kept up at night with hotflasbes. My hot flashes during the day are minimal. I my itbwirks so we'll that my family knows when u I haven't been taking it! I take 1, twice a day.
