I had post nasal drip due to allergies until I was introduced to doTerra in 2008. I began using Breathe - on my chest and back at night before bed as well as during the day if needed. When allergy symptoms were severe, I added Rosemary (rubbed on chest and/or back). I also started the LLV which I know helped my overall well-being. I have been allergy free since then and no longer take any meds. I now use Breathe primarily when I feel a sinus issue or cold coming on. If I start feeling my nose getting stuffy, I'll put a little bit on my upper lip or chin, or if at work, on the outside of my hand then keep sniffing it. I don't get sinus infections anymore either. As an aside, after rubbing it on my chest, I'll pet my cat, who has a chronic stuffed nostril, and although he doesn't like the smell much, I notice his nasal issue clears up in a few minutes.
