[Everything doTERRA] Oregano shooter

I just did a shooter with 1 drop oregano, 2 drops onguard, & 2 drops lemon.
My throat is on fire!   I did it for a sore throat.  
I tried 2 tsp. honey, 2 tsp FCO, drank a glass of coconut milk....what else can I do?  Thanks
