[Everything doTERRA] Lemon versus orange versus other citrsu oils

I can see Lemon oil recommended for various things, and then orange.  Is there a specific reason why one citrus oil or another?  I am very new to Doterra and am trying to learn what i can, although i have an appalling memory1
