Just to clarify the sugar cube cleanse they are referring to actually uses a turpentine and the sugar is used to cause the yeast to feed on the turpentine
It's not pine oil exactly

We do not yet have spruce. I struggle with taking any sugar cubes, this feeds the yeast and doesn't seem effective. If I were cleansing I would stay with the GX and Zendocrine. If I had parasites (which I have) I would take purify and melaleuca in a capsule (3 drops each) I did this and it worked. It did take about 2 weeks to notice the difference.
