Re: [Everything doTERRA] Restoring Uterine Lining

I would seriously look at Phytoestrogen product from doTerra. It should take care of your needs.

Recently I had a surgery to correct a uterus abnormality. I was told that I would need to take estrogen tablets to help restore my uterine lining to help the surgery be successful (he explained it better and in more detail but I can't remember everything so I hope someone understands what I am saying.) I requested that I be given some time to do my homework and fine ways of restoring the uterine lining naturally as I was uncomfortable with taking estrogen tablets with the history of cancer in my family. My doctor agreed that finding something natural would probably be better. If I had known I would need estrogen tablets before my surgery I would have had all this figured out but I didn't think to ask these types of questions prior to.

So this was my plan from the start: Immediately following surgery use Frankincense, Helichrysum, PB Assist +, and DDR Prime to help with the healing. Then follow up with Solace/Clary Sage to help regulate my cycle again. After the surgery I did my homework and immediately learned what I needed to do to restore my uterine lining naturally and luckily I had all the herbs and oils I needed. I have added all the women's supplements, LLV, and a women's health tea made by a local health store. I am still a little out of it from the surgery and not looking right at my oils but I think there might be a few more I am using too (sorry for being vague, drugs are still wearing off) to help with healing and restoring balance to my body. I made a little protocol for myself to follow so I don't over do it.

My question is this. How do I know if my uterine lining is restoring itself? I feel like it is working but was wondering what physical evidence I should be seeing? I was told it could take one month for uterine lining to restore with the estrogen tablets and another 2 to 3 months for my cycles to be back on track. I am thinking since I am doing this naturally it'll take a little longer but am wondering if there is a way to "see" progress as it restores.

I hope this makes sense....

Thanks!
