Here is the old allergy protocol, its the one we did before Triease. 

2 drops each of lemon, lavender and peppermint in a small swig of water, drink it. I actually knock it to the back of the throat, or even swish it around in the mouth and then swallow, Repeat this every hour today alternating with 2 drop of melaleuca, with the other three oils.

I pleaded for allergy help for my daughter and I receieved many responses.  I tried nearly all of them...and nothing is working.  BUT, what I am still tyirng to figure out is  did I do each "recipe" often enough or long enough to determine if it's the right one.  How do I know?  For example, one person said have her take a digestzen soft cap, put lemon on her spine and breathe on her feet and do that as often as she wants....so I have done that about 4 times today and NOTHING...she is still SUPER miserable.  Do I keep trying that "recipe"....or move on to the next one? 

 

Her symptoms again: TONS of mucus in throat, coughing to clear throat, and a sore throat.  What do I do???  My diffuser broke (I had a cheap one) and I just ordered a DT one (should be here Monday)....so I can't diffuse anything (which is also frustrating).
