I have not personally know anyone to need help with this. However the heavy scarring on the uterine area would suggest using Frankincense to break down the scarring.
I personally would purchase organic tampons, drop 6-8 drops on the tip and insert nightly, I would also use 3 drops of Frankincense under my tongue daily. You may need to do this consistently (important) as it will take time to break this down and get the results you want.
