To get rid of Brian fog I used
Frank under toung 4-5d 2x a day
InTune on back on neck into hairline 2x a day.
LLV
Took 3 weeks for the fog to lift.
(I was already putting immortale on back of neck- unsure if that played any part)

For helping to remember stuff:
Peppermint & Rosemary are great each &/or together.
