Sleep was part of the reason I found doTerra, that and the [at least] every two hour hot flashes that hit me suddenly just over five years ago. My journey to finding good sleep didn't come overnight, it took a lot of experimenting, however I'm now having the best sleep I've had in MANY years. I RARELY wake up any more - very occasionally to go to the bathroom or sometimes have a temperature fluctuation (can't call them hot flashes any more - just an occasional slight warming) ... when I do I barely awake and go right back to sleep. My sleep is particularly deep and rejuvenating now!
Most of my help came from listening to the Conference calls on OilsMentor.com by Dr Susan Lawton ... especially the calls on Clary Sage and Cedarwood.
I take the full dose of Life Long Vitality, and some other herbs and oils for various issues (and I think they're all relevant), however I believe the most critical things I do are taking a drop of Clary Sage under the tongue and a touch of Cedarwood between the toes before bed.
