My husband has a bad back and so do I after two car accidents and working in the nursing field and we love marjoram and peppermint layered. For the whole back we use about 4 drops of each and apply the marjoram first and then the peppermint. You can add FCO over the top if it gets to warm on the skin. Depending on skin sensitivity you could add the deep blue rub over the two oils.

I have a friend who has limited movement in his upper back from calcification of the spine. This issue also comes with pain. Please suggest the best oil, application and frequency of application to address this. Testimonies would be helpful, too. He is using Deep Blue regularly and finding some pain relief.
