[Everything doTERRA] Post Nasal drip

I have been suffering from chronic post nasal drip for years. I DO NOT have a stuffy nose, itchy eyes, sneezing associated with seasonal allergies, which is what makes this so puzzling to me. But obviously something is triggering rhinusitis in my body to create excess nasal drainage. And it is finally affecting my singing voice (I'm a professional singer.) I have got to my ENT (Ear Nose & Throat doctor) who prescribed Nasocort OTC to dry up the PND with hopes that a dry nasal cavity will help heal the irritated cavity+throat.

I have been using TriBlend multiple times daily, even allowing the pills to 'pop' in my mouth so I can inhale/coat my throat on the way down.
I already neti-pot, alternating between using salt+Rosemary e/o, and an e/o inflused seasalt blend which includes the e/o's of Balsam Fir, Palmarosa, Virginia cedarwood, Rosemary, Green Myrtle....
I have begun massaging Lemon e/o on the sides of my neck (lymph nodes) for toxin drainage.

The nasocort the ENT prescribed has been adversely affecting me. It gives me nosebleeds and is so drying that even after 5 days of not using it, I'm still recovering with dry, cracked nasal passages.

I am about at my wit's end. But I believe in the power God has given us, locked in nature, and I believe there is an essential oil that can help me.

I thought I remember reading months ago that one can use a saline spray with e/o to combat PND but did not know which oil to use.  For my daughter's runny nose we use Lemon e/o, so should I be using Lemon? I did some online digging and found Melaleuca or Eucalyptus might be effective. I've also read Rosemary/Marjoram/Eucalyptus/Melaleuca is helpful for sinus congestion.

I would love some brains to help me stew this over, and immediately thought of this ASK group.

My thanks in advance.
Blessings,
Ruthie
