Re: [Everything doTERRA] TERRIBLE rash on cleanse

So sorry you are experiencing some unpleasant reactions!!
When I did the cleanse I started with 10 days of Zendocrine capsules to open the chimneys first then I did GX etc.  I still had a nasty rash on my face (of course!) and so I added more Zendocrine capusles - 1 each morning, lunchtime and evening.  That helped my rash out!!

If it were me I would apply lavender or frankincense perhaps layered with peppermint to take the itch out of the rash.  Oregano would be too strong for my skin and would irritate it more...I wonder if your skin is similar?

Again, if it were me, I would stop the cleanse until I had the LLV in my system for a good month and then try again.  It could be just too much all at once without the nutritional support of the LLV.

Good luck - and keep us posted!!

Ok, I'm on day 16 of the cleanse 90 day cleanse challenge. Did 10 days of GX assist and I'm on 6th day of PB assist. I'm doing Zendocrine, Terrazyme, LOTS of water, etc. I don't have Myrrh or Coriander as mentioned above, but I'm using oregano and melaleuca on the rash a couple of times a day. Still no improvement. The rash is now all over my back and chest, on parts of my arms, and parts of my legs. My husband is starting to insist I see a Dr. For those that had a reaction like this, how long did it take to go away? Any other suggestions?
