I think I am dealing with a sinus issue myself and here's what I've been doing:

- On Guard+ every hour or two (been taking one but I am going to muscle test today)
- vitamin D (usually I take 10-15k IU/day but for this I muscle tested @35k!)
- LOTS of water with a citrus oil
- on my feet at least 3 times/day:
Oregano, on guard, balance
- black pepper on my spine when I remember
- breathe: on my nose/sinus, lungs
- steam tent: 1-2 drops each oregano, melaleuca, lemon, peppermint. IMO, it's kind of "sharp" when you first breathe it in.

I'm thinking about:
- getting a chiropractic adjustment to help things drain
- hot shower + Epsom salt bath
- wishing I had a diffuser! :-)
