My naturopath prescribed for me an Estriol/Testosterone (2mg/2mg) topical vaginal cream. It's formulated at a local pharmacy. Since it's topical and not systemic, I feel very safe. It's been a life-changer for me; I, too, am in my 60s, and it's made a huge difference. I'd be glad to give you the name of my naturopath in Flagstaff, AZ and the name of the pharmacy.
