[Everything doTERRA] Re: phototoxicity

I believe it will go away over time. I know someone who got it from bergomot on her neck where she wiped it on (so oddly streaky) and she doesn't have it anymore. I would dilute lavender and frankincense  or Immortelle with a carrier oil if you have it.

I have a very mild case of phototoxicity that I am dealing with. There is still a slight discoloration. We weren't even in direct sunlight and I'm pretty sure it was past the allotted time so I'm really bummed about this- darn lemon!  Does anyone have any suggestions? I know that it's not a normal "sunburn" because it's down to the cellular level. Is there any way to reverse the damage and heal the skin or am I in for trouble from now on in that area? Since oils can get into the cellular level, does doterra recommend anything or even address it? I know they address it as far as warning about the citrus oils but do they address anything about in case it happens, how to treat, correct, heal it?
