[Everything doTERRA] fatty deposits under eyes from Graves

Does anyone have any ideas about what to use for fatty deposits under the eyes that has been brought on by Graves Disease?  The woman's Dr. is telling her she needs to have them surgically removed but would rather not.  Thoughts or experiences?  Thanks1
