[Everything doTERRA] Dogs Periodontal disease

I have a couple issues right now with my canines.  That is need some input on

1. My yorkie is am pretty sure has periodontal disease.  Our of the blue she has all her front teeth loose.  After consulting a Vet Dentist it will be around $950 to fix ..... 

I am hoping to treat with oils.  I assume melaleuca  orally.  I also switched her to soft food and put virgin coconut oil over her food (also an anti fungal) also purchases a hard (natural) bone for her to chew to possibly help break up the tarter.  Am I missing anything?
