[Everything doTERRA] Allergies to oils?

While it is possable to have a associative allergic reaction to essential oils a actual allergie to the essential oil its self is highly highly improbable per my Aromatherpy professor. Though a psychosomatic alergic reaction us no less real. It's just not triggered by a specific chemical constituent but the smell triggering a memory associated with allergy.

So I'd ask her if she has any strong negative feeling toward an oil and posably avoid that one at first.
Example: Rose oil: associating it with a funeral can cause the emotions to reserface when smelled.
