[Everything doTERRA] Vocal Chord Damage

Eehad surgery to remove a tumor in my neck about 2 months ago and the removal of that tumor has effected my vocal cords. The intubation that was done during my surgery may have caused some of the damage as well as the reduction in pressure from the tumor that is no longer there. I have been to an ENT to have my vocal cords checked and the doctor explained that my vocal cords are not meeting and moving at the same rate of speed. This is causing my voice to be hoarse and I am no longer able to sing.
I wonder if anyone has any suggestions of an oil that might be swallowed or used topically and would help with my vocal cords.
