OK, I just got my box in the mail. I was thrilled to see that there were 120 in each bottle, and then I was shocked to see that I needed to take 4 of each of the vitamin thus making that a 30 day supply (which I did find on the box later). So my biggest question is why is the dosage the same for a 110 pound woman (which is me) and a 200 pound man? Can I get by with taking less, thus making the supply last longer...thus saving money (which is HUGE to me)....I take some vitamins now and I know that they don't cost this much...so my other BIG question is:
why are these vitamins special? What makes them worth the $$ that I would I spend on these? Oh, I did read that if you have back or neck pain taking these might help. So if it does, does that mean the pain would come back if I stopped...
I am just trying to wrap my head around this whole thing.
