My cousin had REALLY severe plantar fasciitis. She's a school teacher, so she spends a lot of time on her feet. Nothing was working for her--pain meds, shots in her feet, physical therapy, special (expensive) shoes. She was taking about a dozen Motrin a day just trying to function. She asked what oils she could try (she's a chemistry teacher and comes from a long line of chemists and pharmaceutical types). She started out with Deep Blue, Lemongrass and extra Wintergreen, which made a huge difference. After a while, the oils seemed to become less effective, so she switched out the Wintergreen for Frankincense, and that helped a great deal. I spoke with her yesterday and she said she's doing very well, and she can go for days without taking any Motrin at all. She's now spreading word about the oils all over her school. Everyone knows what a skeptical scientist type she is, and they are now curious to know more.
