[Everything doTERRA] Re: Plantar fasciitis and bone spur

My ex had plantar fasciitis and said that applying Lemongrass oil to the area helped a lot. He usually put it on before bed at least and if he thought of it a few times during the day.
No experience for the bone spur though, sorry :-(
