My baby is now 1yrs old and it is still there. The same thing happened with my 7th child but it didn;t get as big. I think with each child, it gets worse.
I just recovered from a clogged milk duct so I have made an appt to get lymphatic drainage massage this coming weekend to address this once and for all.
yes jumping on trampoline works, but not when you have incontinence after having few kids.
Any ES for incontinence?
I too would be interested in bringing these golf ball sized growths down to a smaller size.

I have two very small lumps in my armpit. Smaller than a pea sized. I noticed the first one 2 weeks ago and then a second popped up the other day. I went to the doctor and he said to just watch them and make sure they don't get bigger and made a follow up appt. I am also nursing my 2 month old baby. I don't if nursing somehow has affected the lymph nodes made them swollen? Anyways I was just wondering if anyone had any input on what to put on them? I have been applying Frankincense and Lemon 2 X a day. Any suggestions?
