With my first son who is now 19yrs old , we did gfcf diet and the scd diet, but this child is harder and less cooperative regarding food issues.

Sweet Carolyn, You are an amazing Mom and woman. Thank you for sharing. I have learned a lot about the autisim spectrum for these two books, Louder than Words by Jenny McCarthy and Healing and Preventing Autism by Jerry Kartzinel, MD and Jenny McCarthy. These books were so compelling that I could not put them down. The information contained therein has the potential to change your life and your son's life. Complimented with the doTERRA products you can really help your son. It is a challenging and difficult process but many have had remarkable results with restoring deficiencies and removing toxicity. This is a simplified version but the book written by the physician goes into great detail. Jenny McCarthys story is one of the most compelling things I have ever read. This information goes hand in hand with what Dr. Hill shared on a webinar one time. He was talking about back to school for children and he touched briefly on cognitive issues. He said that cognitive problems, though they are diverse and complex ( cognitive including autism spectrum, parkinson's, dementia, alzheimers, depression, ADHD, etc) , ALL share the following four problems. 1) extreme toxicity (heavy metal, yeast, bacteria, viruses, parasites) 2) Lack a protective sequence for immunity ie gut function is impaired (severely impaired with autism)3) Glutathione deficiency 4) EFA deficiency. I have held onto his words and have been able to help so many even with my limited experience in this area. That was the first time I have heard anyone speak to these issues as that was several years ago before I started studying autism. Since then I have found reference after reference that speaks to each of these issues regarding autism. Amazing!!! The beauty of this is that with doTERRA you can address each one of those issues before and while you are consulting a biological physician that specializes in this area. doTERRA offers powerful solutions for each one of these 4 bullet points. Please be kind to yourself and I look forward to hearing about your son's progress and recovery. Much love and respect and gratitude for you.

My oldest one (who is now 19yrs old) was a little more reasonable and compliant about things in general. He wanted to please. The second one is harder. This particular child will not take supplements of any kind. He barely even wants to eat sometimes. I am trying to modify his diet but it is really hard with him.So here is what we have to deal with and I need help NOW:He bounces off the walls--can't stop moving. Jumps off furnitureWalks across the room and does somersaultsHurts himself and others- have fallen down a huge flight of stairs, jumped out of a truck, hits and kicks peopleBreaks things all the time-broke the mirrors in my truck, ripped out handles to cabinets/doorsGets frequent bloody nosesHas loose stools frequentlyHits himself when frustratedLines objects upHas had 20 hours of ABA therapy a weekIs in speech therapy 2.5 hours a weekdelayed fine motor and with pretend playHas major temper tantrums/ragesGets overwhelmed with people and noises but can't play alone eitherHe yells/screams/whines no matter how much I put my foot down and not bend the rules. Can't stop touching things/other peopleHoardsJust bought him a terra cotta pendant today to wear around neck with EO ----just lost it at the park, can't tell me how, when or where about it.Is homeschooled (so I can have more flexibility in using EO throughout the day)Walks in circles/pacesThink dairy and soy might make things worse-trial and errorCould care less about anyone;s feelings or pleasing anyone.Could care less if he hurt someoneHere is what we have used:BALANCE --seems to help at firstSerenity-didn;t respond to this muchElevation-this made him even crazier, but I do give him it when he is in a mental crying fit and sadRosemary-really don;t see much with thisOnguard-has kept him getting sick when others have been sick, he doesnt get sick too often though anywaysPeppermint-to help with his tummy issues, seems to be help firm up his BMsEpson SALT Baths-these seem to mellow him out for about 5-15minutes but it makes his stools loose againMassages-these also give him a relax mode as well of about 10 -20 minutes. What does other suggest? At wits end!
