Ellen is that really true about all wheat being GMO? I thought I read that all wheat in the US is nonGMO. Because modern wheat has been hybridized it is highly glutenous compared to ancient wheat like einkorn. It's the high gluten content that makes it not so good for us. Please correct me of this isn't accurate.
