We always follow the 15 min rule. I've been studying and using homeopathic as a lay homeopath since 2000. One needs to be a Dr like a Nathropath to prescribe for others. We use Ocillio with Melissa and OnGuard to great effect as needed. We have found many of the oils to work in tandem with homeopathics. I see you don't subscribe to classical but that's harder when your so sick, to self treat. What potencies did you use? I'm glad you had suck quick relief. Yea! Good job.
