The women in my family get UTIs for as long as I can remember. Sadly, I am one of the ones that gets them about once every 3 months. What makes it worse it that I am fine one minute and then surprise, I feel it full force out of nowhere. What I have find that helps is to get the most natural, unscented, no dyes, color or anything soap. Bubble baths ALWAYS brought one on and once my mom stopped them to see if that was also a cause they were a LOT less frequent. Laundry detergent is the same way. Luckily I tried the doTERRA on guard laundry soap on a trip to my mom's and I was just fine : ) I was so happy! One soap I have really liked is Dr. Bronner's bar soap. Even the ones with the peppermint fragrance is OK for me. Good luck. OH, I also drink more than 8 glasses of water a day with wild orange, lemon, lime and bergamot which helps get rid of bladder infections so it can't do anything but help prevent them also.
