I would love to have the clarification as to the reasoning behind pushing oils to the roof of the mouth and putting them under the tongue...I had heard that one should choose the roof of the mouth for Viruses and Under the Tongue for Bacterial issues....But I see lots of other issues calling for the roof of the mouth. I would love to have a good explanation that I can pass on.
