How long can i take oregano on a daily 3 x a day 3 drops each time? This has really helped my asthma . Whenever i start to taper off i get wheezy. I have been doing this for a little over 2 weeks. i am drinking lots of water. I ususally combine 3 drops frank/ 3 drops onguard and 3-4 drops oregano.
