[Everything doTERRA] making roller bottles..is there a formula to follow?

I want to make roller bottles with On Guard for each of my kids, but I don't know if there is a "formula" that I can follow or not. (I have 10 ml sized bottles).  And what is the best way to get the oil out of the vials they came in, and into a roller bottle?
