[Everything doTERRA] Insulin Resistance

Looking for some oils that may help with Insulin Resistance.

2 of my daughters were just recently diagnosed with this. So their bodies have a "normal" blood glucose at this time, but the pancreas is making more insulin then needed, ( at fasting levels and several glucose/insulin levels later) they had a 2 hour glucose test.

so one daughter (14) her levels were 7x higher then the normal, the other daughter (11)  is 4x higher. Since their blood glucose stays normal. Eventually the pancreas will wear out and they will become type 2.

How can I help?
