I would continue with what you are doing, but I would make an eye soak by getting a bowl of cool water, a pinch of epsom salt that you will add 3-4 drops of lavender, then add the salt with the lavender in it to the cool water. Soak a clean washcloth and ring out well, lay over closed eyes for 10 minutes and continue as needed.
