Thanks, Gin. I am not venting negative energy. I am stating a strong recommendation that this matter be resolved for the better of all. Finding that some improvements could be made is not the same as being negative. My purpose in making this suggestion is specifically because of my love for and commitment to doTERRA and its goal to be the best in the industry. Please do not read anything else into it. I understand that being out of stock is part of running a business. However, most businesses will allow you to place an order and just won't ship it until the out of stock items can be included. That's all I'm asking. It would seem to be a simple solution to the problem I (and MANY others) are having. I do keep Family Physician Kits on hand, but that does not help me to enroll someone when they want a free Immortelle or to qualify for some other special. And it also does not help if the person I am enrolling lives far away.

     I think it is normal to want to vent when you are frustrated,
however, I typically suggest my team vent to me personally when they
need to instead of putting negative energy out publicly. You never know
who will be exposed to it and sometime it will hurt your bottom line.
