Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: mole

I just read the last few messages of this thread. For what it is worth, I was told to never put a Band-Aid over where Frankincense EO was applied because the EO would eat into the skin. Maybe Frank. eating the mole isn't such a bad idea..........

Good luck.  I appreciate the antecdotal information. I know of a few moles that should be addressed....Blessings!

Thanks for the encouragement.  I'm only bandaiding it during the day now that I'm back on Franki and will discontinue that as soon as it's presentable again (almost there).  I still have to work and present a professional face (literally) to clients.  Blessings,
Karen

I have heard some say it took 4-5 months to get rid of a mole they had had since they were young. I say just hang in there and I bet it will be gone. The one thing I would never do it cover it with a band aid. First of all the oils will eat the latex and that can't be good for the skin. Just apply the oil and let them work, just be patient.

Maybe that is why it is taking longer. I have never removed an old mole, just fresh new ones that grow/change rapidly. One being melanoma! I am not sure how it does on moles that have been there awhile.

I don't know if anyone is still following this thread, but I'm on day 17 with a rather good sized, raise mole on my face.  I started with Franki, 2x/day, then switched to oregano.  All covered with a bandaid.  I was going to quit today since my surrounding skin is getting pretty unhappy from the bandaid and leakage from the mole, but I think after reading this, I'll just switch back to Franki for now and keep Lav and Immortelle on the surrounding skin to help heal it.  I had another mole on my back fall off by itself.  I know it was there last week because I was trying to figure out how I was going to get to it.  It's always caused a lot of problems with clothing, etc.  I guess my body decided to dump it first, LOL.

How do you find out where the acupuncture related points are?   That might help this thing's roots give up the fight a little faster.  After all, it's probably over 60 years old and thinks it should be the boss...

Thanks,
