Thanks for your kind note regarding Breathe. And I love our customer service that always trys to make us feel better. I have had this happen before but when I asked Emily and Rob about it they said that different batches really are different! The quality and power are the same and also sometimes at the bottom of the batch being bottled it will be a little cloudy. They said that when you get a cloudy one you actually have a little more power in the bottle.

I share the experience, because if that was the case for us, it could have been the case for someone else. I did not intend to discredit doTERRA and their quality-control standards in any way.
