My Dr. also wants me to starte Fosomax.  I have been taking the Bone Nutrient for over 1 yr -  Looking in the Essential Book - it notes that Clove, Geranium & Pepperment can be used topically.  I noticed that clove is used in the DDR capsule - and I've been taking 2 of those a day.  The Dr. is still concerned that the osteoporosis is still getting worse.  Whose can give advice if taking 4 DDR per day would be ok to try?
