We just had them forward the email confirmation of the purchase of the ticket. On the bottom it says:
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing by fax to
801-355-0250or email to
help@orchideventsolutions.com and received no later than August 30th, 2013.
All Cancellations will be assessed a $50 fee through July 15th, 2013; $100
fee through August 30th, 2013. No refunds will be issued for cancellations
after August 30th, 2013. Pre-registration closes September 16th; after
this date registration must take place on site. Children under the age of
14 will not be permitted unless express written consent is given by
d=C5=8DTERRA. No substitutions permitted; a $50 transfer fee will be charg=
ed
for any guests cancelling and transferring their registration to another
individual.
If you need to make changes to your conference registration or housing
arrangements, please visit: https://v3.registerat.com/doTERRA13. You will
need your confirmation number and the email address you used to register
(listed above) to login to your conference registration information.
We just used that and it worked. It was yesterday and it worked. The person purchasing the ticket pays for the ticket and not the transfer fee to the seller. Then when they go in and change it and pay the $50 transfer fee to doTERRA. I know two people who did it yesterday. No where on the ticket does it say that it cannot be transferred after the 15th. My understanding is you can use the website but not call/fax.
