Have u tried the vertigo protocol in the ME book? I think its a protocol. Otherwise follow inspiration on the ones to layer. I've found layering massaging into the outer ear in a ATT manner then pulling down the estation tube and towards the chin was taken care of it for those its popped up on chronic or otherwise. If he has had it straight for that long... It will likely take a while of repeated applications the issue was not created overnight.
Proper nutrition must be in the body for the body to make any repairs needed.
